Mandate:
The Explosives, Regulatory and Business Services Branch (ERBSB) is responsible for providing safety measures and initiatives related to explosives under the Explosives Act, and for promoting ethical and transparent mining practices through compliance of the Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA) and the Export and Import of Rough Diamonds Act. ERBSB delivers strategic corporate functions to support the sector and offers a wide range of integrate client-focused business services and strategies that keep LMS running smoothly.
